MEALS
As part of the Detox process

We follow a two-meal routine (10 AM & 7 PM), with a snack/drink at 2 PM.

Wholesome Indian vegetarian meal will be served.

Coffee-tea will NOT be available.


Additional Supports Offered

Digital Detox - Those who want to take a respite from their phone can deposit it with us for 4 days.

Silence - If you wish to be in your own space during breaks, we provide you with a “Silence” tag.
