Explore Hatha Yoga
There is much more to Yoga than muscle stretching and slow breathing!
While it is widely acknowledged that Hatha Yoga is not just about bending and twisting your body, the subtleties which actually characterize ‘Hatha’ are often missing or oversimplified.
Hatha is a well-calibrated system to defrost one's energy body and sensitize the Chakras, or the Energy centers.
Join us and explore the core principles of “Hatha”, and be ready to be surprised to know the secrets that your body has been murmuring to you all along!

TESTIMONIALS

"The depth of clarity I gained on Yoga, for even my own teaching, felt like untangling years of scattered knowledge into a seamless, embodied understanding."
MANDIRA, Yoga teacher (RYT500 Ashtanga)
"I appreciate the systematic approach on slowly and steadily building up the Hatha Yoga practices, by perfectly synchronizing the associated theory sessions. These practice sessions turned into deep experiential sessions."
ANANDA, Yoga practitioner (MSc Yoga)

What is Expected from You
Pre-Requisite
Basic Understanding of Hatha Yoga + Minimum One Year of Practice (any school). The details and practices shared in this workshop presuppose some exposure to Yoga practices such as Asana and Pranayama. The workshop is meant to deepen your Yoga sadhana, rather than to introduce you to Yoga.

Commitment:
-
You are expected to attend ALL the sessions without fail. Hatha practices involve delicate operations upon your physiology. If you miss any of the details shared in any of the sessions, the practices may cause you more harm than good. Therefore, if you miss a session, you will not be able to continue with the workshop. In such a case, you can carry forward your registration to the next edition (whenever it is held).
-
Furthermore, you should keep your camera ON for the entire duration of the sessions. For all practical purposes, you should approach this like an in-person class, and be available & attentive throughout the sessions.
-
Please make sure that there are no distractions, and that nothing else requires your attention during the sessions.
-
Please ensure good internet connectivity. Note that video recordings of the sessions will NOT be provided.
